Chamber Process
The bag and product are placed inside the chamber, so evacuation does not rely on a textured pathway at the mouth.
Vacuum bags
Source custom vacuum packaging bags for chamber sealers, external vacuum systems and retail applications. We match the bag construction, size, gauge, seal area and print option to your machine, product shape and handling conditions.

Vacuum Sealer Compatibility
Chamber and external vacuum sealers use different bag constructions. Tell us which machine you use so we can match a smooth or embossed air-channel bag and the right opening width.
Choose the Right Vacuum BagThe bag and product are placed inside the chamber, so evacuation does not rely on a textured pathway at the mouth.
The equipment draws air through the open end; compatible channel or surface design may be required by that sealer.
Puncture & Handling
We match film gauge and toughness to the real puncture risk from bones, shells, frozen edges, corners or other hard contact points. The final structure is selected together with the machine settings and distribution conditions.
Choose a tougher structure when bones, shells or rigid corners can press against the film.
Low-temperature handling can change flex and impact demands.
The seal layer and gauge must work within the machine’s sealing window.
Carton packing, stacking and transport can create abrasion or pressure points after vacuuming.
Confirm bag size and seal zone on the real productSize & Seal Area
Vacuum bags are sized around the product’s maximum dimensions plus practical loading and seal clearance. We leave enough clean film at the mouth for reliable sealing without creating excessive folds or unused material.
Measure the widest, thickest and longest real product, not only nominal weight.
Leave enough clean film for loading, evacuation and the final seal.
Complex shapes may need extra width or a different bag orientation to keep the seal line flat.
Materials and barrier
Choose PA/PE and other vacuum-compatible structures according to clarity, oxygen barrier, puncture resistance, temperature and printing needs. We confirm the material information for the selected bag and application.

Clear food structure
Prioritize sealability, clarity and toughness for compatible food applications.
Discuss clear structures
Higher barrier laminate
Use when the product requires more oxygen, aroma, moisture or light protection than a basic transparent structure provides.

Explore Printed Vacuum BagsApplication fit
Vacuum bags can be customized for meat, seafood, cheese and other cold-chain products, with tougher films for sharp or frozen products and clean seal zones for liquid or residue. Cooking applications use only structures documented for the required process.

Consider bone edges, liquid residue, bag size and a clean sealing area.

Shells and frozen edges can increase puncture requirements.

Clarity, close fit and seal integrity can be central to presentation.

Consider low-temperature flexibility, sharp frozen corners and distribution handling.

Only use materials specifically documented and validated for the intended time/temperature conditions.
Not always. Chamber machines commonly use smooth bags, while many external-suction machines need an embossed air-channel structure.
Thickness depends on puncture risk, product shape, handling and the sealing equipment; gauge alone does not define performance.
Yes, compatible printed structures can be developed for retail branding and product information.
Only use a specific material and bag when its documentation and testing support the intended cooking conditions.
