Seal Window
The sealant must form reliable seals within the machine’s time and temperature conditions.
Machine-fed flexible packaging
Source custom printed roll stock film for VFFS, HFFS, flow-wrap, sachet and stick-pack equipment. We build the web width, print repeat, unwind direction, sealant and barrier structure around your machine and finished pack dimensions.
Roll Stock Formats
Browse rollstock products by intended packaging line, material structure, seal type and application. Open each product page to check the typical film construction, machine option, available print, barrier and the technical data needed to quote a custom roll.
These are custom film specifications rather than fixed off-the-shelf SKUs. Material, thickness, sealant and roll geometry are finalized for your packaging machine.
Machine Compatibility
We supply roll stock for vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal, flow-wrap, sachet and stick-pack lines. Film geometry and machine option are matched to the actual equipment so the web, repeat and sealing layout run correctly on line.
Tell Us Your Packaging MachineVertical form-fill-seal
Common for snacks, powders, pet food and many vertical bag formats; machine setup controls web width, forming shoulder and seal layout.
Key Specifications
Send the web width, print repeat, core size, maximum roll diameter and unwind direction required by your machine or co-packer. These specifications are built into the quotation and final production drawing.
Confirm web width, repeat, core and unwind directionMeasure before artwork
Finished slit width, core and maximum roll diameter control loading and web travel.
Stable web handling
We match film stiffness, thickness, coefficient of friction and seal behavior to your machine and line speed. This helps reduce tracking issues, wrinkles, breaks, seal contamination and leakers during production.
Values are tuned to the actual machine and line speed. The sealant must form reliable seals within the machine’s time and temperature conditions.
Surface slip affects web transport, tracking and how the film moves across equipment.
Film body influences feeding, forming and registration stability.
Variation can affect winding, tension, sealing and finished pack appearance.
PRINTING & REGISTRATION
Artwork is built on the final repeat, cut and seal layout with registration or eye marks required by the line. Multi-lane and multi-SKU programs can be planned with controlled spacing and slitting so key graphics stay clear of seals and cut positions.
Defines the printed cycle and must match the finished pack geometry.
Location, contrast and dimensions should follow the packaging machine requirement.
Keep text, barcodes and key artwork outside jaws, fin seals and cut zones.
Coordinate designs that share film structure, web and repeat to simplify production where possible.
Barrier & sealing
Choose PET, BOPP, PA, PE, CPP, foil, metallized or other structures according to oxygen, moisture, puncture, transparency and sealing needs. Mono-PE structures are also available where the required barrier and packaging line allow.

Balance moisture/oxygen barrier with high-speed sealing and print appearance.
BOPP / PET / PE / CPP options
Add appropriate aroma and gas barrier where the product requires it.
Metallized or foil options
Check puncture, tear and heavier-bag requirements on the final VFFS/HFFS format.
PA and tougher laminate options
Low-temperature toughness, seal integrity and anti-fog or clarity may become part of the specification.
Confirm on the actual packing lineNo single film structure fits every line. PET, BOPP, PA, PE, CPP, foil and metallized layers are evaluated by product, machine, seal and barrier target.
Compare Roll Stock MaterialsAt minimum: packaging machine or co-packer requirements, finished pack dimensions, web width/repeat if known, core, unwind, product, barrier and quantity.
It is the finished width of the slit roll that feeds the packaging line; it must match the forming or wrapping geometry.
Repeat is the distance from one printed impression to the next and relates to the final package length and registration.
No. Rollstock becomes the package on the customer’s equipment; premade pouches are already converted before filling.
For new structures, new equipment or supplier changes, a representative line trial can reduce risk before a larger production run.

Send the packaging machine or co-packer requirements, product, finished pack dimensions, web width and repeat if known, core, unwind direction, material or barrier target, quantity and artwork. We can confirm the roll-stock specification and the next step for sampling or a line trial.
