We build the pouch dimensions around the child-resistant closure so there is enough room for filling, sealing and practical adult opening. Zipper position, top seal, tear path and grip areas are confirmed before production.
Set the zipper high enough for usable volume but with enough top area for sealing and opening.
The opening sequence should remain practical for the intended adult user without damaging the pouch.
Production sealing should not block or distort the CR mechanism.
